What to Expect During Your First Visit
When you come in for your first visit to our Sexsmith location, we will ask you to fill out a New Patient Form. Alternatively, you can complete the form online quickly and easily.* We will complete a full oral exam in order to help determine your dental needs and review your past medical and dental history. This includes:
- Reviewing your dental history, including any previous dental work as well as your medical history
- Complete an oral exam
- Create a comprehensive and personalized dental health plan
- Answer any questions you may have. As a patient, you can expect open communication about your dental needs with every member of our team.
Financing & Insurance
Our team understands that financing and insurance options are important when selecting a new dentist.
We have multiple insurance options for all of our patients, and our friendly staff would be happy to help you get all set up.
We also offer convenient Third Party Financing with Crelogix and Dentalcard Financing.
